Rupert Course Pop-up — VanCity Disc Golf

Rupert Pitch and Putt is being converted into a disc golf course for a 1 day pop up. This event is a collaboration between our club and the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation to gauge the popularity of Disc Golf.

On Saturday, April 9th 2022, we have full access to the Rupert Pitch and Putt course from 8:00am - 4:00pm and we have designed an awesome 18 hole course for that time. We want to pack it full of disc golfers to show the Park Board how big and beautiful our community actually is. If we can show them that, they will give us access to Rupert + their other golf courses such as Stanley Park Pitch and Putt, Queen E Pitch and Putt and Fraserview Golf Course (200+ acres).

This arrangement would be powerful for the growth of our sport. We could do more pop-ups, tournaments, and/or seasonal conversions with access like that. So come on out! Bring your friends and family and lets show why Disc Golf needs more love.
