VCU is proud to host a one day, two round fundraiser at Queen Elizabeth and Jericho Hill Parks on Saturday, July 24th. Proceeds from this event will go to the ongoing recovery efforts of the town of Lytton and the surrounding communities affected by the recent fires in the region. Round: Bag Tag Round
Course: Little Mountain (QE) and Jericho Hill
Layout: QE - TBD; Jericho - New Moon
Time: QE ROUND - 8:30am check in, 9:00am start. JERICHO HILL ROUND - 1:00pm check in, 1:30pm start
Format: Format 1 - Top Payouts
Cost: $20 entry fee for one or both rounds (100% donated to relief efforts for those affected by the Lytton fire), optional $1 for the ace pot and $5 per round for betting

This is open to all players, the format will be one round at each course followed by other activities as provincial regulations allow. All participants will be entered into random draws for several prizes throughout the day. This event is being held in conjunction with the weekly VCU bag tag round, however a tag is not required to participate.

Current provincial health regulations limit a maximum of 50 players at an event. We don't expect this to be an issue. If you do plan to attend both rounds it would be appreciated if you could indicate that on the Facebook event page.

Please be aware that we are still in the midst of a pandemic, and while we are allowed to host rounds, we have a few rules which we expect to be respected.

• We encourage you all to bring a mask and use it before and after the round.

• There will be hand sanitizer available for use when you arrive, and any tags / money collected will be sanitized when they are submitted.

• Elbow bumps and toe taps are encouraged - please refrain from direct contact with anyone.

• Only touch your own equipment.

• 3m / 10' gimmie rules in effect.

• If you are feeling sick or have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 symptoms within the last 2 weeks - please stay home!
